Prime Landed

Prime Landed districts are defined as those in districts 9, 10, 11, 21, 23 and Sentosa. Prime Landed properties are typically priced from $5m; Good Class Bungalows, a subset of this group, would be properties of at least 15,000ft2 in area that are located in any of the 39 zones classified by the Urban Redevelopment Authority as a GCB.
